Skeppshult Scotch pancake iron, 23 cm, beech wood steel

The Skeppshult pancake iron can be used to make seven pancakes and is compatible with all types of stoves. It has a high-quality wooden handle made of beech wood. The pancake iron by Skeppshult features a concave bottom and hand grinded edges around the pan. The Cast iron lip acts as support handle. The diameter of the pan is 23cm.

All products from Skeppshult are pre-treated and are ready to use! No pretreatment required. To recommend, however, is a rapid rinsing in hot water to remove any dust. All Skeppshults products used for cooking is always pretreated with KRAV-labeled rapeseed oil from Carlshamns. This gives the products the black platinum (the colour) and a so-called "Natural non-stick protection", without adding any chemicals.
