For example, at KLAUWE we speak about smoking 2.0. You can not only smoke "standard", but by using a special stainless steel water ring and stainless steel water reservoir (instead of water you can of course also use white wine and fresh lemon, or whatever you like) you also create a moist and hot atmosphere in the CLAW. The juices in the meat and fish are retained while your dish continues. There is no other barbecue against it and you have not tasted anything so delicious before!

Then we also have grilling 2.0 at KLAUWE. That is grilling as with smoking 2.0, but WITHOUT the smokers, incredibly tasty!

With your CLAUWE Premium you can not only grill fish horizontally or smoke (like most other bbq's), you can also fish hanging and smoking vertically. Do you need extra capacity? Due to the dimensions of your KLAUWE Premium you can very easily place an extra handmade stainless steel grille in the KLAUWE Premium, where there is still space for the stainless steel water ring and the stainless steel water reservoir. With two layers of grids you have an unprecedented capacity for larger eaters or larger groups.

Do you want to bake pizzas, flammkuchen or bread? All a piece of cake and delicious! Are you a fan of the American Chicken-on-Can? That just fits upright in your CLAUW Premium with the lid closed.

The KLAUWE Premium is equipped with two air slots. Thanks to the clever position in combination with the design of the drum you are able to regulate temperature tightly, easily and quickly. More oxygen is more fire and vice versa; KLAUWE Premium reacts immediately!
